Shipping & Returns

We take pride in shipping orders the next business day after the order is processes. Please note that when shipping expedited (such as next day air), the day the order is placed and the day the order is shipped do not count. If you need a package urgently so that it is in time for a gift or a poker game, the best thing you can do is Email Us or phone (5038049140) to ensure it arrives when you need it. In many cases, we can ship the same day.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If your order is damaged in transit, I will always work with you to replace the items and ensure you are happy. Because of the high expense of shipping for most of our heavy packages, returns for other reasons are typically not possible unless the customer pays the shipping both ways.
